Purposes, data and legal basis
Each processing activity has its own purpose and its own legal basis.
No automated decisions are made. Every application is reviewed by a person: Sadio Konte decides, together with the team for each area.

Minors
A minor cannot submit an application on their own. The participation of minors requires the written authorisation of their mother, father or legal guardian before any data is processed.
The authorisation extends to photographs and videos, as set out in image rights.
Recipients of the data
The data is accessed by authorised team members and by the providers needed for the website and email to work: the hosting and email provider, which also receives the requests sent through the contact form, the provider of the Tally forms and, if accepted, the usage measurement provider.
A data processing agreement is in place with each of them, and none may use your data for any other purpose. The data is not passed on to third parties for their own purposes.
If any of these providers processes data outside the European Economic Area, it does so with the safeguards required by the General Data Protection Regulation.
Your rights and how to exercise them
You may request access to your data, its rectification, its erasure and the restriction of its processing. You may also object to that processing and transfer your data to another controller. If you gave your consent, you may withdraw it at any time, without this affecting any earlier processing.
Requests should be sent to tkc@mallorcafashiondays.com, stating your name and the right you wish to exercise. If your identity needs to be verified, you will be told how.
If you consider that the processing has not complied with the regulations, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos), at www.aepd.es.
