Terms of participation
This translation is provided for information only. In the event of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
Participation requirements, decisions on applications and changes to the programme. They apply to models, designers, artists, content contributors, media and companies that submit an application to Mallorca Fashion Days 2026.
Assessment of applications
All applications are subject to assessment and confirmation by the organisation. Submitting an application does not guarantee selection, accreditation or a reserved place.
The organiser decides together with the team for each area, and the decision is communicated by email.
Places are limited and the venues have a capacity limit, so a valid application may not be selected. If so, the applicant is informed.
Profiles and requirements
Each open call has its own deadline, which is published with it, and the programme is set out in the programmes.

Minors
A minor cannot submit the application on their own. The authorisation of their mother, father or legal guardian is required, signed before any data is processed.
This authorisation covers participation and also the minor’s image, which is explained separately in image rights.
The guardian can withdraw it at any time by writing to tkc@mallorcafashiondays.com.
Participation fee for designers
Presenting a collection involves a fee that depends on the format: MFD Editorial, MFD Pasarela, Terra Visió or MFD Experiencia.
No amounts are published. Each format is organised in its own way, so the fee and its conditions are set out in the designers’ dossier, which is sent in response to the application. Other profiles do not pay a fee.
The cancellation and refund conditions are those set out in that dossier, and are accepted before any payment is made.
Participants’ commitments
Anyone selected undertakes to attend the training, fittings and rehearsal that apply to them, to respect the venues’ schedules and to follow the production team’s instructions.
The material submitted must be the participant’s own or used with permission. A collection presented with someone else’s material is withdrawn.
Loss of a place
The organisation may withdraw a place if deadlines or rehearsal calls are not met, if the data or material turn out to be false, or in the event of behaviour that puts other people or the running of the event at risk.
The withdrawal is communicated in writing, stating the reason.
Changes to the programme
The programme, schedules and venues may change for reasons beyond the organiser’s control, including weather conditions.
In that case, participants are informed at the email address given in their application and an alternative is sought. The organiser is not liable for travel or accommodation costs booked by each participant.
Data protection
The processing of the data submitted in applications, its retention and the rights that can be exercised are set out in the privacy policy.
